S. Central America and ex. nw. South America. Amazonian South America;
Two populations;
(1) Costa Rica, Panama, w. Colombia and w. Ecuador.
(2) Nw. to se. Colombia, s. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam and Guiana.
(3) Ne. and c. Brazil.
(4) E. Ecuador, e. Peru, n. Bolivia and w. Amazonian Brazil.
