(1) Costa Rica, Panama, w. Colombia and w. Ecuador.
(2) Nw. to se. Colombia, s. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam and Guiana.
(3) Ne. and c. Brazil.
(4) E. Ecuador, e. Peru, n. Bolivia and w. Amazonian Brazil.
