Range

Ne. and sw. India. Sri Lanka;
Three populations;
E. India in Bihar, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. W. India in the foothills of the w. Ghats from Aroli and Ratnagiri s. to Bombay through Goa, w. Mysore, w. Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Sri Lanka (ne. Monsum) and Jaffa Is. Populations may exist in intervening habitat.
