(3) N. India to Malaya, Greater Sundas, Hainan Is., the Philippines, Taiwan, Ryukyu Is., Japan, Kuril Is. and Sakhalin Is.
(4) S. India and Sri Lanka. Andaman Is. and Nicobar Is.
