Fragmented distribution;
(1) Sw. and ne. India, Sri Lanka, Burma to sw. China, Thailand, ne. Laos, s. Vietnam, Malaya, w. Sumatran is., Sumatra, Java, Nias Is., w. and sw. Philippines (Calamain Is., Palawan, Balabac, Mindoro, Camiguin Sur) and Sulu Archipelago.
(2) Andaman and Nicobar Is.
(3) Borneo and n. Bornean Is.
