Africa s. of the Sahara;
(1) S. Mauritania, Senegambia, s. Mali and s. Niger to Ghana.
(2) Nigeria, Cameroon, Gulf of Guinea Islands, s. Chad to Uganda, Botswana and South Africa (Cape Province).
(3) S. Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea and s. Somalia.
