Caribbean slope of c. Central America to nw. South America;
(1) Gulf-Caribbean slope of se. Mexico from Veracruz, n. Oaxaca, Tabasco, Chiapas, Campeche and Quintana Roo and Belize (Blue Hole National Park) to Honduras and on both slopes of Nicaragua.
(2) Costa Rica and Panama.
(3) W. Colombia and nw. Ecuador.
