Range

C. Central America to nw. South America;
(1) Se. Mexico s. on Gulf-Caribbean slope from Veracruz, n. Oaxaca, Tabasco, Chiapas, Campeche and Quintana Roo to Guatemala and Honduras, then along both slopes in Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama and nw. Colombia.
(2) E. Panama?, w. Colombia and w. Ecuador.
(3) N. and c. Colombia (Santa Marta Mountains s. to Tolima, Magdalena Valley) and adjacent w. Venezuela.
(4) N. Venezuela (San Esteban to Santa Lucia).
