Range

Andes of nw. South America;
Three populations;
(1) Mountains of se. Panama to w. and c. Colombia.
(2) E. and e. slope of c. Andes of Colombia.
(3) E. slope of Andes of Ecuador.
(4) S. Ecuador in the Cordillera de Cutucu, Morona-Santiago and the Cordillera del Condor, Zamora-Chinchipe.
