Nw. Andes of South America;
(1) Mountains of ex. s. Colombia and n. Ecuador (Cotacachi, Pichincha, Iliniza, Antisana and Cotopaxi.
(2) C. Ecuador (Quilotoa).
(3) C. Ecuador (Chimborazo and possibly Azuay).
