Ne. South America. Wc. South America;
Two populations;
(1) E. of the Andes in se. Colombia, s. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and n. Brazil.
(2) Locally in se. Ecuador, ne. Peru and nw. Brazil.
