Range

Malay Peninsula, Greater Sundas and Sulawesi;
Five major populations;
(1) S. Burma, Malaysia, Sumatra and Borneo.
(2) Simeulue Is., Nias Is., Batu, Pagai and Enggano Is.
(3) Java and Bali.
(4) Sulawesi and the Sula Archipelago.
