S. West Indies, n. and Amazonian South America;
(1) West Indies in the s. Lesser Antilles (Grenada, St. Vincent) and Tobago.
(2) C. and e. Panama, Colombia and Venezuela to Trinidad, Upper Amazonia, Guyana, Surinam and Guiana and s. e. of the Andes through e. Colombia, e. Eduador, e. Peru to n. and c. Bolivia and wc. Brazil.
