(2) Sw. Cameroon to Gabon, Congo, sw. Central African Republic, n. and ne. Zaire and Uganda.
(3) Coastal s. Kenya, n. Tanzania, Zanzibar and Pemba Is.
(4) W. Angola, s. Malawi, n. and e. Zimbabwe, w. Mozambique and ne. South Africa.
