Sw. United States s. through Central America to w. and tropical South America;
(1) Sw. United States (c. interior California, s. Nevada, ex. sw. Utah, c. Arizona, c. New Mexico to c. and se. Texas) s. to s. Baja.
Winters in Central America.
(2) Sc. Mexico, Belize and Guatemala and locally in Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. Panama?
(3) N. Yucatan and Cozumel Is.
(4) N. South America from Colombia, Venezuela, Margarita Is., Trinidad, Tobago, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana s. to Paraguay and s. Brazil (Bahia in Correntina). Absent from most of the Amazonian region.
(5) C. Colombia.
(6) W. Ecuador.
(7) W. Peru, n. Bolivia and ex. n. Chile.
