Range

S. New Guinea, Australia and Tasmania;
Three populations;
(1) Se. New Guinea between the Oriomo River and Tarara in the Port Moresby region. Australia in most of Western Australia, nw. to sw. and ce. Northern Territory, nw. to se. South Australia, Victoria (Hattah-Kulkyne National Park), New South Wales (Lamington National Park and between Quilpie and Windorah) and Queensland.
(2) Tasmania.
