Range

New Guinea including associated w. and e. islands;
One main population and several smaller island populations;
(1) W. Papuan Is. of Waigeo and Misool Is.
(2) New Guinea.
(3) d'Entrecasteaux Is.
(4) Louisiade Archipelago (Tagula and Rossel Is.).
