(1) E. Colombia, s. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam and Guiana, Brazil and s. through e. Ecuador, e. Peru, c. Bolivia, n. Paraguay and nw. Argentina.
(2) Se. Brazil, e. Paraguay and ne. Argentina (Misiones).
