Forested Africa s. of the Sahara;
(1) Senegambia, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, se. Guinea, Liberia, Ivory Coast Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, s. Cameroon, Fernando Po, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Congo, Zaire, n. Angola, Central African Republic to ex. se. Sudan.
(2) Ethiopia.
(3) S. Somalia, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya and Tanzania.
(4) Zambia and Malawi, Mozambique, n. Namibia, n. and e. Botswana, Zimbabwe, e. and s. South Africa (Cape Province).
