Fragmented island populations;
(1) Ne. Pakistan, India and se. China to Burma, Thailand and s. Indochina.
(2) Sri Lanka.
(3) N. and c. Malaysia.
(4) S. Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo and the sw. Philippines on Palawan.
(5) Java.
