(2) Madeira.
(3) Nw. Africa (Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia).
(4) Europe from the British Isles, France (Loire Valley, Rhone Alps), Belgium, and c. Scandinavia across c. Russia to wc. Siberia (w. of the Ob River).
(5) Turkey, Transcaucasus, Iran s. in the Near East and Middle East to ne. Arabia.
(6) Ex. n. Pakistan, ex. nw. India (Kashmir) and ex. w. China (w. Sinkiang).
Winters from the British Isles s. through continental Europe to nw. Africa and e. to Afghanistan, n. India and Nepal.
