S. Moluccas, New Guinea, Bismarck Arcipelago and associated islands;
Fragmented distribution;
(1) Moluccas (Bacan Is.).
(2) New Guinea including Yapen Is., Bismarck Archipelago (New Britain and New Ireland) and the D'Entrecasteaux Archipelago (Goodenough Is.).
