Range

Se. Asia, Sumatra and Borneo;
Three populations;
(1) W. Nepal, n. and e. India e. to Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur and Nagaland s. to Bangladesh to Thailand, s. China (w. Yunnan and Hainan Is.) and Indochina.
(2) Malaysia (Johor, Panti Forest Reserve) and Sumatra.
(3) Ne. Sumatra.
(4) Simeulue Is.
(5) Nias Is.
(6) Batu, Siberut and Sipura Is.
(7) Enggano Is.
(8) Hainan Is.
(9) W. Philippine Is. (Mindoro, Palawan and Balabac)
(10) Borneo.
