West Indies;
Bahamas (New Providence, Grand Bahamas, Great Abaco at Elbow Cay, Andros Is., Eleuthera, the Exumas, Cat Is., San Salvador, Long Is., Great Inagua, Turks and Caicos), Cuba, Isle of Pines, Hispaniola (Gonave, Tortue and Catalina Is.) and sw. Puerto Rico (Culebra and possibly Mona Is.).
