Fragmented population;
Ne. Africa along the coast of the s. Red Sea of Djibouti and Somalia, s. Arabia to the Persian Gulf, Iran, Pakistan and nw. India as well as is. in the Indian Ocean.
Winters s. to s. Madagascar and e. to the Malay Peninsula.
