Two or three populations;
(1) Sw. Ecuador.
(2) W. Peru and nw. Chile (Atacama).
(3) Sw. Bolivia.
(4) C. Chile s. to Magallanes, and w. Argentina (Jujuy and Tucuman and s. from Rio Negro s. to Tierra del Fuego and Staten Is.). Uruguay?
