Quebec and New Brunswick then s. in the United States to interior ec. California, c. Nevada, e. Utah, ec. Arizona, wc. New Mexico, n. Texas, c. Kansas, w. Nebraska and e. South Dakota. Also from n. Iowa e. to n. Ohio. Massachusetts (Plum Island).
Winters in w. and s. South America s. to Argentina and the Galapagos.
