Ne. Asia;
E. and se. Siberia (e. Transbaicalia, Amurland, Ussuriland and Kamchatka), n. Mongolia and ex. ne. China (n. Inner Mongolia and Manchuria).
Winters s. in Taiwan, the Philippines, Indonesia and Australia in all coastal regions of Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland (Cairns Esplanade), New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia to Tasmania.
