(1) Isolated population in nw. Peru (Maranon Valley, Cajamarca).
(2) Isolated population in c. Peru (Chanchamayo Valley, Junin).
Continuously distributed:
(3) Ne. Brazil (Maranhao, Ceara, Piaui, Pernambuco, Bahia).
(4) C. to e. Bolivia (La Paz, Puerto Salinas in s. Beni, Santa Cruz, Chuquisaca, Tarija), Paraguay, s. Brazil (Rondonia, Rio Guapore in Mato Grosso, Goias e. to Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo s. to Rio Grande do Sul) to nc. Argentina (s. to San Juan, La Rioja, n. Cordoba, n. Santa Fe, Corrientes and Entre Rios).
