(1) Se. Borneo, Sulawesi, se. Philippines (sw. Mindanao), Moluccas and Lesser Sundas.
(2) N. and c. New Guinea, w. Papuan Is. (Misool Is.) and Aru Is.
(3) S. New Guinea, D'Entrecasteaux Archipelago (Fergusson Is. and Goodenough Is.), n. and e. Australia from n. Western Australia (Kimberleys), n. Northern Territory (Fogg Dam and Yellow Waters at Kakadu National Park) e. to Queensland and s. as far as se. New South Wales (Sydney).
