(2) Philippines, Sulawesi and Talaud Is.
(3) Volcano Is. (Bonin Is. or Ogasawara-shoto Is.).
(4) Micronesia (Caroline Is., Palau Is.Guam, Yap and Truk Is.).
(5) N. Bismarck Archipelago (St. Matthias Is.).
(6) Bismarck Archipelago, New Guinea, D'Entrecasteaux Archipelago, Solomon Is. and n. Australia (ne. Western Australia from ex. n. Western Australia (Kimberleys) and n.
