Moluccas, New Guinea, Bismarck Archipelago, n. and e. Australia and the Solomon Is.
Fragmented distribution;
(1) Sangihe Is., (Sangi and Siau Is.), Moluccas, w. Papuan Is. (Misool Is.), w. and n. New Guinea including Biak Is.
(2) The Bismarck Archipelago and the Solomon Is.
(3) S. and e. New Guinea and n. and e. Australia (ex. n. Western Australia and n. Northern Territory then in e. Queensland including coastal Gulf of Carpenteria as well as Atherton Tablelands (Kingfisher Park and Hasties Swamp) to ex. ne. New South Wales).
(4) Lord Howe Is. (Gower Is.) and e. Solomon Is.
