S. Central America and nw. South America;
(1) Se. Honduras, Caribbean slope of Nicaragua and Costa Rica to w. Panama.
(2) Sw. Costa Rica to w. Colombia along the Pacific slope from Rio Juan to w. Ecuador.
(3) E. Colombia.
