W. and c. Africa;
Two populations;
(1) Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast (Yapo 40km n. of Abidjan), Ghana, Togo, Nigeria and s. Cameroon.
(2) Equatoria Guinea, Gabon, Congo, Cabinda to n. Angola and c. Zaire.
(3) Central African Republic, sc. and e. Zaire and ex. sw. Uganda.
