(4) Se. Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, n. Angola, s. Central African Republic, n. and ne. Zaire, ex. s. Sudan, Uganda, n. and w. Kenya (Nandi and Kakamega Forests w. to Busia District and along Uganda border s. of Mt. Elgon), Rwanda, Burundi and es. nw. Tanzania and ex. nw. Zambia. South Africa?
