(6) E. New Guinea.
(7) Se. New Guinea in alpine areas.
(8) S. slopes of mountains in se. New Guinea.
(9) Sw. and e. Australia (sw. and ne. Western Australia, n. Northern Territory (Kakadu National Park, Holmes JungleSwamp near Darwin), e. Queensland, New South Wales (Glen Davis Road), Victoria and se. South Australia).
