Indian subcontinent;
S. and e. Pakistan (Sind and Indus Plain, Badin District and low hills of Dadu District, extending into higher mountains in Baluchistan), n. and c. India n. to the foothills of the Himalayas in Nepal and e. to Assam, Bangladesh and c. Burma. Locally in s. Afghanistan and possibly se. Iran.
