Winters in nw. Africa, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan s. to Borneo.
(2) North and Central America from n. Alaska, n. Yukon, nw. and s. Mackenzie and from n. Saskatchewan across Canada to s. Quebec and Newfoundland s. to nw. Mexico (n. Baja), s. Arizona, s.
