Range

Coastal ne. Siberia;
(1) Ne. Asia: breeds in ne. Siberia (Koryakland and Kamchatka) s. to Amurlnad and Sakhalin Is.
Winters in coastal se. Siberia (Primorski Region), Kuril Is., Sakhalin Is., Japan (Chitose River, Lake Utonai, Kushiro and Akkeshi-ko Benkanbeushi Marshes, Hokkaido), Korea and rarely in ne. China and Ryukyu Is.
(2) Korea.
Ranges to the Hawaiian Is. and Aleutians.
