Sw. India, Sri Lanka; Se. Asia; Greater Sundas; Philippines;
Fragmented distribution;
(1) N. India (Darjeeling to Assam), Sikkim and the e. Himalayas to s. China (s. Yunnan and Hainan), s. Burma (Tenasserim), Thailand, s. Laos and probably Sumatra.
(2) S. India (w. Mysore, Kerala and Eastern Ghats in Andhra Pradesh) and Sri Lanka.
(3) Borneo.
(4) S. Philippines (Palawan, Samar, Mindanao).
(5) Sulawesi including Kabaena, Peleng, Banggai and Sula Is.
