High fragmented distribution;
(1) S. Europe (Iberian Peninsula e. through s. France, Greece, probably Albania, Mediterranean is. (Balearic Is., Sardinia, Sicily, Crete), nw. Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and ne. Libya), Djibouti, Turkey, Jordan, Middle East from Arabia and Yemen to ex. s. Transcaspia and Turkestan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, s. China, (Yunnan, Kwangsi and Kwangtung n. Yangtze River), c. and e. Burma, nw. Thailand and n. Laos.
(2) Lesser Sundas on Sumbawa, Timor, Wetar, Luang and probably Flores.
