S. Central America to nw. South America;
Ne. Honduras (Gracias a Dios), Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, nc. and w. Colombia (Pacific slope e. to middle Magdalena Valley in Santander) and nw. Ecuador (Esmeraldas).
