New Guinea, Bismarck Archipelago, Louisiade Archipelago, Vanuatu (Gana, Santo, Ambae, Malakula, Efate, Erromango, Tanna, Aneityum), New Caledonia, Loyalty Is., Fiji (Kandavu, Mango, Matathuwa Levu, Mothe, Ngau, Oneata, Ono-I-Lau, Taveuni, Viti Levu), Tonga (Fonualei, Niuafou, Nomuka, Tongatapu, Vavau), Western Samoa (Savaii, Upolu), American Samoa (Aunuu, Tutuila) to Cook Is., Society (Tahiti, Bora-Bora, Huahiue, Maiao, Raiatea, Moorea, Maiao) and Tubuai Is. (Rapa, Tubuai, Rimatara and Raivavae).
