West Indies;
Bahamas (Great Inagua), the Cayman Is. (Grand Cayman and Little Cayman Is.), the Greater Antilles (Cuba including the Ile of Pines, Jamaica, Hispaniola including I.-a-Vache, Puerto Rico) and the n. Lesser Antilles (the Virgin Is., Barbuda, Antigua, Dominica (?) and Martinique).
