Australia, Tasmania and ex. s. New Guinea;
Most of Australia (w. and n. Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and e. half of South Australia) and Tasmania, and ranges to s. New Guinea (Trans-Fly, Port Moresby).
