(1) Se. Canada and e. United States (s. New Brunswick w. to e. South Dakota and w. Texas) s. to e. Mexico, migrating as far as Panama.
(2) Ex. sw. Canada (sw. British Columbia), w. United States (w. Washington, w. Oregon, n. California, wc. and s. Nevada, s. Utah, nc. New Mexico, e. Colorado, w. South Dakota, c. Minnesota, n. Wisconsin, nc. Michigan, s. Ontario, s. Quebec and s. New Brunswick s. through the United States to nw. Mexico).
Migrates to w. Mexico.
(3) Bahamas.
(4) Curacao, Bonaire and other islands off the coast of Venezuela from Aruba e. to La Tortuga and La Blanquilla. Tobago.
(5) S. Baja.
(6) Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama s. to the Panama Canal, Pearl Is. and the West Indies (Antilles with a reddish form in Cuba).
(7) Peal Islands in the Bay of Panama.
