Asia Minor from s. Turkey and Israel to nw. Arabia e. through Iran and Transcaspia to Russian Turkestan, Chinese Turkestan, Tadzhikistan, Kirghiz steppes, and from Afghanistan to w. and nc. Chian, and n. Pakistan.
Winter in n. Pakistan.
