(1) Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Nigeria, s. Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Zaire and cw. Angola.
(2) Fernando Po.
(3) Ex. se. Sudan, ne. Zaire, s. Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar Is.
(4) N. Zambia, Malawi, e. Zimbabwe, and Mozambique to se. South Africa (Lake St. Lucia and e. Cape Province).
