(1) Senegambia, s. Mauritania, s. Mali, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Benin, s. Niger, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Zaire, Chad, and Central African Republic.
(2) C. and s. Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, e. Zaire, Kenya, and n. Tanzania.
(3) Angola, and s. Zaire.
(4) Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, and South Africa (e. Cape Province).
