(1) E. Australia in three populations: Se. Queensland to se New South Wales. Ne. Queensland in the Atherton Tablelands (Crater National Park and Mount Lewis). Small isolated population on the Cape York Peninsula in the Iron Range National Park).
(2) Aru Is. and s. New Guinea (Trans-Fly region and the Fly River).
(3) Se. New Guinea.
(4) Wc. New Guinea.
(5) N. New Guinea.
(6) E. New Guinea.
(7) Wc. New Guinea.
(8) Nw. New Guinea.
(9) Misool Is.
