(1) W. Papuan Is. (Waigeo, Batanta, Salawati, and Misool) and nw. New Guinea.
(2) Yapen Is., New Guinea, and the D'Entrcasteaux Archipelago (Fergusson Is.).
(3) Ex. e. New Guinea (Samarai).
(4) S. New Guinea, Torres Strait Is. and ne. Australia (coastal ne. Queensland, e. Cape York Peninsula at the Cairns Esplanade, Thomsons Road, Daintree River, and Portland Roads near Iron Range National Park s. to Ingham).
